  • All 925 sterling silver jewellery sold on this website is BIS Hallmark certified. The hallmark certifies the purity of the silver as per Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) regulations.
  • Currently, our online store offers 925 sterling silver jewellery. Gold and diamond jewellery is available exclusively at our offline stores in Ahmedabad.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (MRP inclusive of GST) unless stated otherwise.
  • JIYA GOLD PALACE reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • We accept payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods available at checkout through our secured payment gateway.
  • All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. JIYA GOLD PALACE does not store your payment card details.
  • In the event of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control including courier delays, public holidays, or natural events.
  • All orders are shipped in tamper-proof, secure packaging to ensure safe delivery.
  • JIYA GOLD PALACE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners once the order has been handed over for delivery.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

  • JIYA GOLD PALACE offers a 15-day easy return policy from the date of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, with all original packaging, authenticity card, and tags intact.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care are not eligible for return or refund.
  • JIYA GOLD PALACE reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria stated above.

7. Buyback Policy

  • JIYA GOLD PALACE offers a buyback facility on 925 sterling silver jewellery purchased from us.
  • Customers may bring back any eligible silver jewellery piece purchased from JIYA GOLD PALACE to either of our Ahmedabad stores, and we will buy it back at the prevailing silver market price on the date of buyback.
  • The buyback price is calculated based on the weight of the silver piece and the current market rate of 925 sterling silver on the date of the transaction.
  • Making charges, design costs, and stone charges are not included in the buyback valuation.
  • Buyback is only available at our offline stores in Ahmedabad. Online buyback requests are not accepted at this time.
  • The original purchase receipt or order confirmation is recommended but not mandatory for the buyback transaction.
  • JIYA GOLD PALACE reserves the right to refuse a buyback if the product shows signs of damage, tampering, repair by a third party, or if it cannot be verified as a product sold by JIYA GOLD PALACE.
