Return Eligibility
- Return Window: You may initiate a return request within 5 working days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Returns are only accepted if the jewelry is unused, unworn, and in its original pristine condition.
- Packaging & Documentation: The item must be returned in its original Jiya Gold Palace box, including all tags, authenticity certificates (if applicable), and the original invoice.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure a fair process for both parties, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment the courier seal is broken until the product is fully inspected.
- This video is mandatory for any claims regarding missing items, transit damage, or receiving the wrong product.
- Without an unboxing video, Jiya Gold Palace reserves the right to decline return or refund requests.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and business reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized Jewelry: Any piece that has been personalized, engraved, or custom-made to your specific size/design.
- Altered Items: Jewelry that has been resized or modified by a third-party jeweler.
- Damaged/Used Items: Any piece showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused after delivery.
- Pierced Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, certain items like nose pins may be non-returnable.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. We will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please follow the return process for your current order (if eligible) and place a new order on our website for the replacement piece.

- Reason for Return
- Clear photos of the product and the Mandatory Unboxing Video.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund after verifying the unboxing video and the product's condition.
